Dampproofing

"I want to thank you and your crews for doing a great job. The roof needed more work than we originally thought, but you were very fair in your Change Order adjustment and your willingness to provide a drywall crew to repair the drywall damage resulting from the reroofing. I sincerely thank you for that since this is all coming out of our pocket. I also want to take a moment to tell you that you have a great person, Ben Blankenship, working as a Superintendent. Ben came by the day before the work was to begin to introduce himself to me. He gave me an overview of the project and what to expect. He was here each day to answer any questions that I had and when the roofing work was completed, I found him on the roof reattaching a drainage pipe to my swamp cooler and then he personally ran the magnet tool over our gravel driveway to make sure to get all the nails out of the gravel. Ben is both very personable and responsible and a great ambassador for Black Roofing."
