Typically, I would send you an email, but I wanted to send you a personal handwritten letter.
The purpose of my letter is to tell you how appreciative I am of the assistance provided to me by Larry Reinland. Specifically, my father took his life on October 1, 2013, and had been preceded in death by my mother. I sold their home, which was also my childhood home.
I contacted Black Roofing as the roof needed to be replaced, and Black had replaced my roof in 2009. The house had sold immediately in a letter that had been written to my parents by a couple wanting to purchase the house. A realtor did not represent me, which presented additional challenges.
Larry Reinhard was the person who looked at the roof on my parents’ house and discovered damaged T-Locks. He then worked closely with the State Farm adjuster to quickly attain an insurance settlement. The buyers of the house were very difficult to work with and Larry was a catalyst in addressing their concerns with replacement of the roof, using State Farm, etc.
I could write a short story, but I will spare you. Larry made a very stressful situation more tolerable, and assumed the burden with these “difficult” buyers.
Larry is an asset to Black Roofing!
